Donate Qualified Charitable Distribution

If you’re 70-1/2 or older, you can donate up to $100,000 per tax year directly from an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to  Adult & Teen Challenge MidSouth. A qualified charitable distribution (QCD) is a distribution from an IRA directly to an eligible charity, bypassing the owner of the account so he’s not taxed on it. QCDs count toward your required minimum distribution for the year. If you’d like to make a QCD gift, your financial institution should make the check out to “Adult & Teen Challenge MidSouth” and identify you as the donor by name and address.

Donate via Gifts in Kind

We accept goods and services for our clients as well as for our event silent auctions. These items help us save money while providing you with a valuable tax deduction.

We are always in need of new/lightly used clothing, shoes, and accessories for women and men. Many of our residents have little/nothing when they come to us; our blessings closets offer them a place to “shop” (no charge, of course) for clothing, and, in doing so also helps restore a sense of hope, self-worth, and dignity.

Donate via Planned Gifts or Endowment Fund
